LOCAL SHIPPING

Free standard courier shipping will be automatically provided for orders above $100.

We have two delivery options:

1. STANDARD COURIER

All standard courier parcels are dispatched via courier service  in 1 -2 business days from the day order is placed. The cost of courier is $5.00 per order, regardless of the number of items ordered. In normal circumstances, your parcel should arrive in 2-4 business days from the order date. We will inform you personally should we be unable to meet the target. Items will be delivered anytime from 9am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday. Please indicate in the comments box the preferred delivery day or time. We will be able to accommodate the delivery date but the time will be on a best effort basis. Alternatively, drop us an e-mail at sales@ulike.com.sg for special arrangements. Do quote your order no. in your e-mail to us.

When your items are shipped, you will receive an e-mail status update. with the courier details. Your order can be tracked using the tracking number provided to you in the e-mail.

If no one is at the delivery address when our delivery partner has arrived, you will be contacted on a best effort basis for further instructions. If you are uncontactable, our delivery partner will contact you for re-delivery. If the delivery fails again, you will have to pay for the full shipping fee. We will contact you to advise the charges if that happens.

2. SELF-COLLECTION

You may collect your items at our Main Office at zero cost. Orders placed before 12 noon will be ready for collection on the day itself. We will send you an e-mail once your item is ready for collection. If you’re in a rush, please drop us a text at +65 97890420.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

Please drop us an e-mail to make special arrangements prior to placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will be processed and dispatched in 1-2 business days upon confirmation of order.

All prices are denominated in SGD unless otherwise stated

PAYMENT METHODS

1. Credit Card

We accept Visa/Master/AMEX credit card payments

2. PayNow/PayLah

We encourage payment via PayNow or PayLah!. Once you place your order, your order status will be ‘On-Hold’ until payment has been verified. Please PayNow/PayLah! your total order amount to +65 97890420 and leave the order number in the remark/reference. We will verify the payment in 12 hours and update the status to ‘Processing’ once the funds have been received.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Is my item eligible for returns or exchanges?

  • Product must be in its original condition (unused, with tag intact)
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • U-LIKE must be informed latest by the 7th day of purchase and the item must reach us within 14 days from date of purchase

How do i return or exchange an item? 

  1. Click here to fill in a returns form within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase
  2. Receive a confirmation from us in 2 business days
  3. Send the item back to our office. It is your responsibility to ensure the item reaches us. You are encouraged to use registered shipping as U-LIKE is not responsible if the item goes missing
  4. If you chose to exchange, we will dispatch your new item in 2 business days. For refunds, we will make the refund using the original payment method in 2 business days.
Note: Shipping charges will not be refunded. There will also be a deduction of $6 from the amount to be refunded due to the subsidized courier delivery rate at initial purchase.

If you are unable to comply with any of the requirements, U-LIKE reserves the right to reject the return or exchange.

ORDERS

1. What currency is used? 

All prices are denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD)

2. How many days does it take for my item to be dispatched? 

Your item will be dispatched in 1-2 days.

3. I am unable to find something I am looking for, how? 

Please leave us a message, describing the item you’re looking for and we will get back to you.

RETURNS

1. Can i return an item I recently purchased? 

Yes, you can. You can return your item(s) to us as long as it reaches us within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Items have to be unused, with its tag intact and in its original condition.

You will be refunded in the form of store credits. The credits have no expiry date. We will deduct $6 from the refunded price to cover for the subsidised delivery charge during initial purchase.

LOCAL DELIVERY

1. What are the delivery options?

We currently only have one delivery option – Standard Courier Shipping. You will receive your parcel the next day upon dispatch.

Alternatively, you can opt for self-collection at our Main Office. We are opened Tuesday – Sunday 9am to 5.30pm for collection. Please leave your selected pick-up day and time in the Remarks filed upon checking out. You will receive an e-mail/call once your order is ready for collection. 

2. How many days does it take for my parcel to reach me?

Upon dispatch, you should receive your parcel in the next two days.

3. Can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. You may track your parcel with the details provided

4. Can i choose my preferred delivery timing?

Unfortunately no, our standard courier shipping does not give the option of choosing your preferred time slot. Your items may be delivered on Monday – Sunday 9am to 10pm. However, you can leave your preferred time slot and day in the Remarks column upon checking out. We do not guarantee that the parcel will be delivered in your specified time slot but we will try our best.

5. My order has not arrived, who should I contact?

Please e-mail or whatsapp us to enquire.

6. What happens when I missed the delivery? Can i arrange for a re-delivery?

You will be entitled to one free-delivery. Our courier partner will arrange with you directly. Please ensure that you do not miss it as items will be sent back to us if the item is not successfully delivered after two attempts.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

1. Can I ship overseas?

Yes, we do ship overseas. For overseas order, please e-mail us at sales@ulike.com.sg with your orders and we’ll make the arrangements specially for you.

WARRANTY

1. Do you provide warranty for your items? 

This only applies to products under the Electrical Range. More details can be found in the product description.

1. I am interested to buy your product, however, I would prefer to learn to use it before purchasing.
