Your access to and use of the website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the website.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchange Policy, which shall collectively be known as the Terms and Conditions of use, as updated without notice. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. Please pay special attention to these terms before placing any orders on www.ulike.com.sg

PURCHASES

By placing an order on www.ulike.com.sg, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your Name, Contact Number, E-mail address, Billing and Shipping address.

Please ensure that you have selected the correct item(s) before you checkout. Once the order has been confirmed by you, any changes to be made will be at our sole discretion. Central Master Import & Export Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel any orders without prior notice if payment is not made within 24 hours after the checkout process. If we are unable to fulfill your order, full refund will be made to the original mode of payment within 5 business days from the date of order.

We reserve the rights to cancel the order should the outstanding amount not be paid to the courier upon delivery. In the event that we dispatched the order but the order was either refused by you or not successfully delivered for any reason, we reserve the rights to charge the full shipping costs ($10) to you.

PRICE

Prices displayed on the website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payment will also be charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

If prices are incorrectly displayed, we will inform the affected customers and reconfirm the order with the correct price. U-LIKE reserve the right to cancel orders placed with the incorrect price.

PRODUCTS

As some items are handmade, slight differences in stated measurements is inevitable. If the difference is material and you would like to change for another size, please e-mail us sales@ulike.com.sg and follow the original Returns & Exchange Policy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Items can be returned or exchanged within fourteen days from the date of purchase. Items returned must be in its original condition, unused with the tag intact and packed in U-LIKE’s original package. Items to be returned should reach us at our registered address by the fourteenth day of purchase. Before returning your item, please send an e-mail to sales@ulike.com.sg and wait for a confirmation from us within 2 business days.

Customers will be fully responsible for all charges involved in the return or exchange. We do not charge anything extra for exchanges but for returns, a $4 charge will be deducted from the amount to be refunded due to the subsidized courier delivery rate at initial purchase.
