Had been using U like mop for many years. However this is likely to be my last purchase. The quality of your product has gone downhill. The stick is no longer durable, it snapped into 2 pieces after a few months of usage. I need to get a new stick every few months. It is getting quite frustrating. Maybe it is your strategy to make customers buy more often. If that is your strategy, then it is unethical. Please do remember you are not the only game in town. You basically driven me to find other alternatives which I am happy to inform you that I did manage to find other alternatives.
